Come join us as we train for the Hattiesburg half marathon.
This is a 10 week race specific training program starting February 1, 2020, which for the duration of the training you will essentially be a member of the existing RunStrong Training Program.
Many current members of the RunStrong Training program, who are on our monthly membership plan, are also training for this event. We expect to have 20-25 runners attending, so you can expect to meet a lot of new friends and running friends.
This program will include a personalized plan, a significant race discount price, and coaching to help you reach your goals.
The training for this race is comprehensive and involves not just the run (or walk!) training, but includes weekly group strength, interval and long run workouts, along with coaching workshops, discounts on Altra shoes, Feetures socks, Oofos Recovery footwear, Gu Nutrition, and much more, along with 24 hour access to RunStrong Training Center for runs, workouts, and just hanging out with friends!
Upon completion of the race specific training program, you will have the option of continuing as a monthly member of the RunStrong Training Program.
