The RunStrong Training Membership Program is a run-centered lifestyle fitness program. Members receive:
- A running and fitness coach on site and available any time for consultation, advice, guidance, or any other coach-runner needs
- Ongoing coaching on an endless array of topics relating to run training, triathlon, fitness, or life in general
- Custom, personalized training plans for any type of event
- Participants can choose from multiple group workouts/group runs each week. Members will receive ongoing 20% discounts and occasional special deals on run specialty products (Altra, Feetures, Goodr, Gu, Nathan, Salt Stick, and more).
- Members receive significant discounts on all RunStrong produced events and events that RunStrong sponsors or promotes. (e.g. Guts and Butts 5k, Death by 5k Challenge, Rez Loop Challenge, 1 Mile Marathon Relay, Runtoberfest Beer Mile, Hattiesburg half marathon, MS Gulf Coast half/full marathons, and more)
- The program offers group accountability and a family atmosphere, camaraderie, free race specific training plans upon request, coach consultations to make sure you are reaching your goals.
- Members only events regularly throughout the year such as our bi-annual Achievies party, Christmas and other holiday parties, and more.
- In-program race specific training for special events free to our members. (This is where we collectively plan to participate in a specific event, and each member gets personalized, custom training plans)
- Members also have unlimited access to RunStrong HQ and Training Center. This is our training facility for workouts and strength training, recovery boot sessions, events, and free beer!
- Regular coaching workshops, clinics, and guest speakers that members will be able to attend free of charge. (e.g. RunStrong University)
