Come join us as we train for the 2026 Run the Rainbow for Children's. Train for the 5k, 10k, half marathon, or marathon. This is a 13 week race specific training program starting December 15, which will fully prepare you for a great race on March 21!
This program will include a personalized run training plan designed just for your abilities and goals along with personal coaching to help you reach those goals. You will also receive a specialized RunStrength program, along with guided group workouts, designed to make you stronger and keep you healthy during your training.
The training for this race is comprehensive and involves not just the run (or walk!) training, but includes weekly group strength, interval and long run workouts, along with coaching workshops, discounts on run specialty products, and much more, along with 24 hour access to RunStrong Training Center for runs, group workouts, strength training and just hanging out with friends!
Group workouts from our facility will be on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and runs on Saturday mornings.
When you sign up for the program, you will be emailed a Training Program Handbook that gives you more details on the training involved, and will tell you what steps to take next to get your personalized training plan.
